We are Raj Gosine and Lenny Noens, Professional Engineers. 

Our business is stormwater and floodplain engineering and we are certified by the State of Indiana as a DBE and MBE, and City of Indianapolis as an MBE.  We provide specialized engineering expertise to help our clients solve problems with floodplain issues.  We seek to provide outstanding client service by understanding our clients' needs and then providing timely and proper service. 

What We Do

We do hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of rivers and streams.  Our most important company strengths include our extensive experience and knowledge of stormwater and floodplain engineering.  Our combined experience in stormwater and floodplain engineering is nearly 40 years. 

What's New?

We are a State of Indiana certified DBE and MBE (Minority-owned Business Enterprise) and a City of Indianapolis MBE.  We have also applied to INDOT for prequalification for hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and anticipate receiving approval soon.
