Our Mission Statement

We provide quality and cost-effective services to our clients helping them solve their stormwater and floodplain problems.  Our passions are engineering and also understanding our clients' needs and then providing them with timely and proper service.

Our Business

We started our business in April 2007 with a goal of providing outstanding service in the areas we know best.  We engage only in activities that are positive and bring reward to all who are involved.  We are dedicated to improving our business by focusing all effort on the specialized field of floodplain engineering.  We are not in business to compete with other firms or engineers; we are in business to provide outstanding service.  We focus on customer service by being responsive, friendly, happy and fair. 

Who We Are

Raj Gosine is the President of the company.  He was most recently an Engineering Section Manager with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, a job he took over from Lenny Noens in 2001.  Raj is a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, a Licensed Professional Geologist and a Certified Floodplain Manager.

Lenny Noens is the Vice-President of the company.  He was most recently the head of the water resources engineering section of a major engineering firm in Indiana.  Lenny is a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and California, and is also a Certified Floodplain Manager.
